Have you ever tried tofu-chocolate pie? It is the simplest and the best (and, for pie, surprisingly not unhealthy).

Chocolate buttermilk pie is amazing with a tart raspberry sauce. I bet it'd also be good with a pomegranate sauce or something like that. Om nom nom.

Heeeee, if it were raspberry I would reverse the proportions of raspberry and chocolate (i.e. raspberry tart, chocolate drizzle), but OMG that would be amazing pomegranate sauce. *____*

If I could take this in a savoury direction (after all, I think the first thing that comes to mind when people say pie down here is meat pies)...I really love spinach and ricotta (or feta) pies!
