I have been laughing and laughing over deepad's excellent satire On Wiscon..., and all the riffs in the comments. Linked everywhere, yes, but with good reason.

In less-amusing news, noldo has put up a quick racial breakdown of deaths in Doctor Who S5, with numbers and a chi-squared statistical analysis. noldo provides no commentary beyond explaining her calculations; her math speaks for itself.

But I can say that the math here didn't actually blow my mind (in two different ways), which was sort of I wish I hadn't guessed and OMG I UNDERSTOOD MATH. :O

Hee! I'm not judging- I do not watch Who myself, but I have heard very much tell of its awesome- but it is rather telling about TV status quos.
