YES. This is also one of the things I love most about Katara. She's girly and she likes looking pretty and she's nurturing and the group mom, but by god, you do not want to cross her or piss her off, because she'll rain hell down on you, literally. And she's never punished for it - it might not always work out in her favor or the way she expected, but she's not punished just for being angry and letting other people know it. So rare for a female character.
