The first edition is going to be hosted here, but we'll be rotating future hosts to (hopefully!) change up the pool of participants. yiduiqie's doing the next one. We've sort of structured Potluck along the lines of the Asian Women Blog Carnival, if you'd like an idea of the format/how this works.
Each edition is going to be a one-time link roundup, but there's nothing to stop you from trying any recipes people might share and posting about them later on, or to discuss in the comments of the linked posts.
