There were so many linkspams and roundups that I didn't click through to everything yesterday, so it wasn't until this post that I saw the comments referenced in ephemere's post, and I... don't know what to say. Is that commenter actually arguing that people are looking for reasons to get angry? And that most of the people speaking out against this fic don't care about racism, they just want to jump on the dogpile bandwagon? DID THAT ACTUALLY HAPPEN? I am seriously in awe of people who are so eloquent when faced with shit like that. All I can manage is NO. JUST NO.
