GUACAMOLE, omg. :D I generally use 2-3 ripe Hess avocados (depending on their size), juice of 1-2 limes with a dash of sugar mixed in, crushed cilantro, garlic salt and/or whatever spices I have at hand (I like it on the spicy side). I'll usually also chop some red onion and tomato and mix that in as well, after the avocados have been sufficiently smashed.
Also, chunky mango salsa: cube 1-2 mangos, 1-2 ripe Hess avocados (depends on how big the avocado pieces are/what proportions you prefer), chop 1-2 large tomatoes and about half a red onion, and toss them all together in the juice of 1-2 limes mixed with spices (to your taste). Garnish with chopped cilantro.
... and I just realized how recycled the ingredients are, haha, but seriously- there are some winning combinations as far as my tastebuds are concerned, and this is one of them!
