Ah, of course! Comparing their "cause" to actual real-world causes would simply make them look... even more ridiculous, presumably! (Personally I think that's a toss-up; when you talk about "giant puppets making appeals," your street cred- so to speak- in any context automatically goes WAYYYYY down.)

I think they switched to PBS in the middle of the day expecting historical programs about the Civil War like they sometimes have in the evening and were confused when they ran into some kids' show running their Protect the Environment episode instead. Surprise!
