5. rydra_wong linked to f.lux, and I have to say, two days post-installation, I am already feeling SO much less eyestrain, and actually walking away from the computer at a more reasonable hour. A decided improvement, considering the late-night reading habits I grew up with! *g*

I am really impressed by f.lux! Now if only someone came up with a reading light that would adjust similarly, then I think I would be set for life. *g*
